Leigh Fenwick
Real estate Broker Leigh Fenwick has worked exclusively for Turpin during her award-winning 37-year career. She achieved top sales records and was recognized for her superior production levels on numerous occasions, including longstanding membership to the company's Million Dollar Club. As a Bernardsville resident with deep roots in the area, she is an expert in the regional real estate marketplace. Before joining Turpin, Leigh had previous experience in publishing at House and Garden magazine and in finance at Citibank and Smith Barney. A graduate of Bennett College in Millbrook, New York and George Washington University, Leigh is actively connected to the community through memberships to the Somerset Hills Country Club, Essex Hunt Club, the Somerset Lake and Game Club and The Colony Club of New York City. Leigh's reputation for being a keen negotiator coupled with her unflagging professionalism has earned her a legion of repeat clients as well as the respect of her real estate peers.
Memphis Seifert
Memphis Seifert partnered with Leigh after many years of friendship and strong family ties. Creating The Fenwick Group was a natural progression for Memphis, who brings a strong background in public relations and marketing to The Fenwick Group. Always inspired by Leigh's professionalism and approach to her clients' needs, Memphis is thrilled to be joining her at Turpin. Married with two children, Memphis is familiar with Harding Township schools as well as other public and private schools in the area. Her intuitive work style enables her to understand her clients' needs, often picking up on things they may not have thought of themselves. Buyers and sellers rely on her creative solutions and insider knowledge of local towns to help them make the best housing decisions. She is also engaged with the local community as a member of the Somerset Hills Country Club, Essex Hunt Club and Somerset Lake and Game Club and as a member of the Harding Township School's PTO.
